This plasma now contains a higher than normal number of platelets and is called platelet rich plasma, or PRP.

What to expect with your PRP procedure? A small amount of blood will be taken (20ml) and then processured. The injections take a few moments, and pretty much pain free. The procedure is quick (15 minutes total) process and requires no post procedure care or time off from daily events. Mild swelling, redness, or bruising fade within 1-3 days. The PRP is made from is your own making it virtually impossible of negative side effects.

What are the Results or PRP treatment? The aim of PRP skin rejuvenation treatment is to improve skin tone, texture and complexion. Results of volume appear immediately. As for skin rejuvenation - some people can see results within as little as a week, some begin to show 3-4 weeks after the treatment session and then continue to improve with time. 3/4 treatment sessions are generally recommended, spaced 1 months apart, to achieve the best outcome.
